• App and Country Information: Information regarding the version of the app you are using and the country version of the app store where you downloaded Awake: AI Prompted Journal.

• In-App Purchase Details: Information about your in-app purchases, including the time they were made.
• IDFA or Android Advertising ID: If you have provided consent, we may collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA for iOS or Android Advertising ID). If you wish to disable this collection, please follow the instructions below.

Any text-based responses you provide to the journal’s prompts are not used for advertising purposes. These responses are strictly for delivering the app’s core functionality, helping you track your mindfulness and self-reflection.

Interest-based Advertising

We may partner with ad networks and other ad-serving providers that display ads on our behalf and on behalf of others across non-affiliated platforms. Some of these ads may be personalized, meaning they are designed to be relevant to you based on information these networks and providers collect about your usage of the app over time. This may include data about how you interact with the app across different devices and browsers. This practice is commonly referred to as interest-based advertising.

These communications are required to fulfill our contractual obligations to you or are sent based on our legitimate interest in keeping you informed.

Where required by law, we will request your consent before sending promotional and marketing emails, in-app messages, or push notifications about new products, features, or offers related to Awake: AI Prompted Journal.

• Marketing & Promotional Emails: If you no longer wish to receive promotional or marketing emails, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us at [email protected].
• Push Notifications: To opt out of receiving push notifications, you can adjust your mobile device settings. Navigate to Settings -> Notifications -> Select Awake: AI Prompted Journal and toggle the option to enable or disable push notifications from the app.

Please understand that despite our best efforts, no system can provide 100% security. Therefore, we encourage you to take steps to safeguard your own information, such as using strong passwords and ensuring your device is secure.

Section 10: Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the services offered through Awake: AI Prompted Journal. Typically, your data will be stored until you request the deletion of your account. Please note that simply deleting the app from your device does not result in the deletion of your data from our servers.

Age Limitation for EEA and UK Individuals
